Order Cancellation Policy – ShoppyHubb

At ShoppyHubb, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel an order. We aim to make the cancellation process as simple and transparent as possible, while also respecting the efforts and timelines of our vendor partners.


Cancellation Eligibility

Customers may cancel an order under the following condition:

  • The order has not yet been marked as "Sent for Delivery" by the vendor.

Once an order is marked as "Sent for Delivery" or "Shipped," cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, customers may refer to our Refund & Return Policy after receiving the item.


How to Cancel an Order

  1. Access Your Order:
    Go to your ShoppyHubb account, navigate to the “My Orders” section, and select the order you wish to cancel.

  2. Check Status:
    Ensure the order has not been shipped. If it is still in the "Processing" or "Confirmed" stage, the Cancel Order option will be available.

  3. Submit Cancellation:
    Click Cancel Order, confirm your request, and the order will be automatically cancelled. A cancellation confirmation will be sent to your email and reflected in your account.


Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If payment has already been made and the order is successfully cancelled:

  • A full refund will be processed to the original payment method or via ShoppyHubb Credits, based on customer preference.

  • Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days.


Vendor Cancellations

In rare cases, a vendor may cancel an order due to stock unavailability or other unforeseen reasons. In such instances, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued automatically.
